e.surv AssocRICS nominated for RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year Award @esurv

e.surv, one of the UK’s largest residential chartered surveyors, announces that one of its AssocRICS graduates has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year Awards 2016. Scott Jack, representing e.surv, has been nominated in the Residential category which recognises young individuals who have provided a quality service in buying, selling and valuing residential homes.

The RICS Matrics Awards are designed to showcase the achievements of young surveying professionals in the UK. Having a strong reputation within the industry, RICS created the Matrics network to help and support the interests of young surveyors entering the profession.

Having made rapid progress through e.surv’s graduate programme for the RICS Associate qualification (AssocRICS), Scott Jack completed the required business competency levels in 2015. Since the beginning of the company’s programme in 2012, e.surv has supported the careers of over 100 graduate surveyors. As part of the programme, graduates deal with a wide range of property types and scenarios, as well as tackling a variety of condition and valuation factors that effect residential property.

Ronan Jennings, Managing Director of e.surv, comments:

“We are delighted that Scott has been nominated for the RICS Matrics Young Surveyor Award and we are very proud to see him personally recognised by RICS. A firm reflection of Scott’s hard work, this nomination also stands as a testament to the success of our AssocRICS graduate programme. As the future of the business, our graduates play a vital role in shaping our company as we grow and expand. We’re currently supporting 22 trainee through our programme and we remain passionate about inspiring the next generation of property experts.”
