New Panaz Fabrics & Sustainable Tiles at Surface Design Show – Stand #140

New Panaz Fabrics & Sustainable Tiles at Surface Design Show – Stand #140

Panaz will be returning to London’s Business Design Centre this February for the Surface Design Show 2019. Following the thriving exhibition of SilicaStone Solid Surfaces at last year’s event, the Panaz stand will not only feature the new SilicaStone Tints collection but three brand-new fabric ranges alongside some of our most successful launches from the last year.

Featured on the Surface Spotlight Live display, located at the centre of Surface Design Show 2019, the SilicaStone offering has grown, with the addition of SilicaStone Tints!

Created from post-consumer glass and discarded ceramic, SilicaStone Tints is an eco-architectural alternative to environmentally detrimental quarried stone for interior wall surfaces. The handmade and hand-glazing process behind Tints ensures that no two tiles are the same, with each individual piece having a subtly unique appearance and artisanal feel which celebrates imperfection, while always retaining the SilicaStone standard of achieving a minimum of 98% recycled content. Available in 5 tile sizes and a choice of 6 standard colours, each with a variety of tinctures, SilicaStone Tints offers unrivalled variety and aesthetic possibilities.

Our new blackout drapery collection, Gemini, is an innovative development in hospitality design. This new, dual-faced curtain fabric provides total blackout for the comfort of end-users and, with two distinct and usable sides to each piece, offers designers a choice of 32 colour options from just 16 colourways

Our blackout selection grows further with the addition of Dusk ‘til Dawn, a desirable 4 pass jacquard drapery collection with a soft natural handle, featuring 2 contemporary design options comprising Dusk, a geometric tile pattern creating a tessellating diamond effect, and Dawn, a subtly textured weave with an organic hatched structure. A shared colour palette across both designs ensures that Dusk and Dawn will complement any design scheme, with a choice of delicate neutrals such as Ash, Oyster and Chalk, alongside bolder notes of Wasabi, Azure and Copper.

Also debuting at Surface Design Show is Fusion, a stain-resistant woven upholstery fabric, available in two industrial, geometric designs. Featuring Shift; an angular, maze pattern and Spin; a circular motif with random omit centres, the Fusion Collection makes a lasting impression with an attractive, 2-tone flamé weft yarn creating an ombré effect against a darker backdrop. With a punchy colour palette of vibrant jewel tones, understated neutrals and stylish metallics, Fusion co-ordinates beautifully alongside the 60 colours in our market-leading Aston faux-leather.

Joining the debut ranges on the Panaz stand will be our new fabric collections from 2018, launched after last year’s Surface Design Show. Among them are two exciting vinyl upholstery fabrics; Vintage, a classic and refined leather effect with a subtle grain texture and Crackle Glaze, a decorative vinyl with a dynamic, dimensional effect in burnished metallic notes for modern interior spaces.

Hosted in London’s historic Business Design Centre, Surface Design Show 2019 will bring together over 150 top manufacturers from around the world, exhibiting the latest developments in surface materials, design and trends.
