Cantifix have created a true masterpiece at The University of London, who were looking to re-envisage the use of space within their home in the historic grade II* listed Senate House.
The architects behind the concept, Spacelab, had an awe-inspiring vision in mind for this project. Therefore Cantifix took the brief and pushed the boundaries when it came to the focal point of the glass roof. This was a completely bespoke design, with every piece of glass specifically engineered to a different size and meticulously crafted – 105 unique panels were fitted in a very precise order to achieve this exceptional overall look.

Cantifix worked in partnership with Spacelab on the University of London’s Grade II* Listed Senate House. Spacelab’s mission was to consolidate non-teaching teams from across the organisation (over 250 staff) into one space within the lower ground floor – an underutilised space previously used for storage. Following an in-depth research process Spacelab have completely transformed the space into a light and buzzing workspace that seamlessly marries the building’s rich history with modern interventions.
