Exceptional variety of design and styling
When developing our solutions, we are above all else, guided by the customer with their corporate or individual wishes and needs. Consequently, our product range comprises of a wide choice of components, designs and colours, which enable custom-made solutions to be put together easily to meet quality architectural standards in any combination of profiles. Thanks to the flexible production methods employed in our World Wide production facilities in Germany, France, Turkey, the Czech Republic and China, we can manufacture any individuality designed – bespoke matting system incorporating unusual shapes combined with a wide choice of colour, even logo’s.
Whichever system is chosen, it is always manufactured to suit the exact requirements of the building concerned. We take into account, frequency of use, levels and type of dirt being deposited on the mat, which emco system will maximise its cleaning ability using the best inserts to create a mat that performs at its best. We also support, as the best possible solution for preventing dirt trafficking into a building, a systems designed on the principle of 3-zone cleaning by a single provider. This is a combination of external matting, (zone 1), an internal aluminium mat with a carpet insert, (zone 2) followed by a secondary carpet without aluminium profiles, (zone 3), this triple system is by far the most efficient way of removing course, damp and fine dirt protecting your internal floor finish.
Alongside high functionality, our systems stand out for their individual design ability, which enables system variants optimally designed to fit in with the structure of the building and the entrance area. A wide variety of colours promotes both harmonious tone-in-tone combinations and exciting contrasts to their surroundings. Furthermore, many of our entrance mats can be printed individually and so this means they can be used as advertising, image and information media in addition to being a great mat. The use of the versatile Cromojet printing technique allows motifs of any kind to be reproduced in an exceptional variety of colours and to a high quality. There is also great flexibility as regards styling. Our entrance mats can be designed as visual eye catchers or to suit structural conditions by giving them curves, oblique’s or cut-outs. We have also developed a radially curved mat specially intended for harmonious integration into entrances with revolving doors or just as a fantastic feature to make a great impression.
The overall effect and individuality of an entrance area can also be visually upgraded by the use of unique additional components. The Lumina LED light-frame system, for instance, gives the building entrance an ambience through elegant illumination, making entry to it a special event. A further possibility for visual accentuation is offered by a stainless-steel profile with an individual name or lettering applied to it and integrated into the entrance mat to make a purposeful attention-grabber.
We have made the once rather lowly “doormat” into an exciting, innovative, ecologically unobjectionable product, which is now a firm feature in the building construction sector.
