Vivalda Group plc, the UK’s leading architectural panels supplier, has been recognised by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s fastest growing, innovative businesses in 2019. Ranked number 110 in the listing of 1,000 companies, Vivalda, which includes the Pura Facades brand, achieved a total revenue increase of 1,046% (2014-2017), creating 83 new jobs in the process.
Based on a 2017 revenue of £37.3m, the business is ranked 7th among the 80 construction companies that achieved a listing in the respected FT report. Topping the table of UK based construction industry businesses, the only related enterprises to appear above Vivalda Group were drawn from the European mainland.
Peter Johnson, chairman of Vivalda Group, said: “While we all know the old saying; lies, damned lies and statistics; it’s good to be flying the flag for the UK as the highest ranking British construction sector business in the list.
“This is more than just a numbers game – and these figures reflect the hard work and dedication of our people, who are truly committed to great customer service and supporting architects and contractors with new ways of solving problems. We pride ourselves on our innovation and high customer satisfaction levels.”
Now in its third year, the FT1000 is compiled annually by the respected newspaper with help from Statista, the research organisation. Based on financial performance between 2014 and 2017, the report highlights the growth in the technology sector, which accounts for 149 of the 1,000 companies that made the list.
Vivalda is the UK’s pre-eminent supplier of complete turnkey cladding solutions, specialising in the assembly of finished façade components for just-in-time delivery to site.
