nmcn is delighted to announce its acquisition of Norfolk-based, Lintott Control Systems Limited (LCS). LCS is a specialist designer and manufacturer of digitally-integrated, factory-built equipment and process software. This acquisition builds on nmcn’s core objective of delivering customer value through integrated assets and services that target reduced whole-life costs.
nmcn chief executive officer, John Homer, said: “The cash position we’ve been able to build in recent years has enabled us to take the next step in broadening our offering to our clients.”

The Lintott facility is now integral to nmcn’s national infrastructure, with the entire team joining nmcn. David Owen and Jamie Thums remain as Directors of LCS, with Mark Davy taking the role of Operational Lead.
