Central Alliance Appoints New GI Director to Support Business Growth @centralallianc1

Central Alliance (part of the RSK Group), the UK’s leading provider of pre-construction services, has appointed Ben Swallow as a new Director in their expanding Geo department.

Ben joins Central Alliance from WYG, where he was an Associate Director, responsible for their UK based Ground Investigation (GI) operations from 2017. Ben has a wealth of time-served operational, commercial, and business development experience gained over 20 years of managing GI across the UK. He has been instrumental in the successful tendering and delivery of GI on various public sector GI Frameworks including Highways England, United Utilities, Transport Scotland and CPD (N. Ireland). Ben has been involved with numerous high profile GI projects which have been recognised at industry award ceremonies. He has excellent understanding of key customers/target markets to ensure their business needs are being met and business retained.

As well as his specific GI credentials, Ben is also an active member of the British Drilling Association (BDA), the UK Trade Association committed to improving standards in health and safety and quality of workmanship for the Drilling Industry. He has also taken responsibility for technical skills development and H&S groups in previous roles, which make him the perfect candidate to represent Central Alliance on the BDA’s Technical and Standards Sub-committee.
