Alongside our contemporary, rustic and traditional composite decking ranges, SAiGE also offer fire resistant composite boards for your peace of mind. These commercial-grade decking boards meet EN1350-1 Class Bfl fire regulations, meaning they are designed to meet the demands of the construction industry and offer improved safety and reassurance, whilst still boasting the beauty, longevity and high performance of composite decking.
SAiGE FR boards have undergone rigorous testing not only for fire resistance, but also for strength and durability to ensure that this range meets the exacting requirements of all SAiGE products
Our fire resistant decking boards come in both hollow and solid and are available in the same design and colours (coffee, light grey and charcoal) as our SAiGE contemporary decking range. Our hollow and solid FR boards are high strength, low maintenance and splinter free as well as being the same material throughout the entire board with a different finish on either side – grooved or realistic woodgrain.

SAiGE Fire Resistant Aluminium Subframe System
For a complete fire-resistant decking solution, SAiGE FR decking boards can be used with our simple, sturdy and high-strength design fire resistant subframe system.
Our fire-resistant cradles and pedestals conform to EN13501-1 B fire testing making them suitable for commercial projects such as roof terraces, balconies, and podiums. The structure of the joists that we provide means they are not only durable but can also work on a much longer span compared to similar systems, reducing the quantity of pedestals and cradles needed and in turn reducing the cost and labour time. Supports can be placed every 800mm on a 50mm joist and still offer maximum strength.
