Howdens, the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier, has appeared in the top 5 ‘Best Big Companies to Work For’ league table for Q2.
Over 65% of Howdens’ 11,000 employees took part in the Best Companies engagement survey in March. Howdens’ final place in the 2022 list will be confirmed later this year by organiser Best Companies. Howdens last participated in the survey in 2019, achieving 14th position in the 2020 Best Big Companies to Work For list.

In addition to the Best Companies Q2 league table placing, Howdens has also been listed in the top 20 of the UK’s Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2022. Developed by the Department for Education, in partnership with High Fliers Research, the national league table recognises England’s leading apprenticeship employers for their overall commitment to employing apprentices, creation of new apprenticeships, diversity, and development. More than 500 employers entered for this year’s rankings which celebrate England’s outstanding apprenticeship employers.
