A typically starting salary is around £18,000 per annum and can exceed £38,000 per annum once you are more experienced. In terms of career path, there is plenty of scope to progress once you developed a good knowledge of the job and gained adequate experience. Progression can take the form of moving into a supervisor or managerial role, or may even see you setting up your own business.
