Ergo announces successful letting of 66, 738 sqft of prime industrial space in Stafford to Hill Helicopters

Ergo Real Estate, on behalf of Aver Property (a JV with NFU Mutual), is pleased to announce that its prime industrial space in Stafford is now fully let. Ergo 66 is a total of 66,738 sq ft and will now be occupied on a 10 year lease by Hill Helicopters;  designers, manufacturer and innovators in aviation.

The new facility for Hill Helicopters will contain a new gantry mill along with a machine shop for the precision production of helicopter components.  There will also be a complete composites production line plus paint shop and there will be a customer showroom and lounge so that there is complete visibility of production activities  for the Hill helicopter customers

Ergo 66 is ideally located at Junction 14 of the M6 motorway and Hill Helicopters joins existing tenants FDL on the Ergo development. Harris Lamb acted for Aver and CBRE represented the tenant.
