Fraser joins Oxygen from M&G Real Estate, where he has a proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of new build and refurbishment projects across the UK and Europe. His extensive experience includes overseeing large-scale projects with values ranging from £2 million to £300 million, particularly within the commercial office sector. Fraser’s expertise in handling complex construction and procurement challenges will be instrumental in advancing Oxygen’s development and construction strategy.
In his new role, Fraser will be responsible for steering Oxygen’s construction and procurement strategy, offering strategic management, direction, and oversight. As the industry increasingly prioritizes retrofitting and sustainable practices, Fraser’s deep knowledge of construction and procurement will be pivotal in enhancing project outcomes amidst a complex market landscape. He will engage across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional results for clients.
