Aggregate Industries, part of the LafargeHolcim group, has appointed François Pétry as its Chief Executive.
Pétry joins from his current role as CEO of LafargeHolcim Romania where he has grown the business and led the way in ensuring the company’s recovery from a challenging market since his appointment in early 2014. He has a strong background in quarrying having held the role of General Manager for Aggregates in Holcim France since 2008 and prior to that, held senior roles in infrastructure, construction and waste industries in France. He has a degree in Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Arts et Metiers, ParisTech, as well as an executive MBA from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris.
