Leading skylight designer, manufacturer and installer, Sunsquare, has launched its new range of Pyramid Skylights, which were met with a resounding success at this year’s Grand Designs Live in Birmingham.
Pitched from 30 degrees, 15 degrees lower than the previous model, the latest Pyramid Skylight is less intrusive whilst offering just as much light. It is also available in a single pane up to 1,500mm width and 3,000mm depth.
This recent development is already proving extremely desirable with those looking to create the illusion of space and light, particularly in basements and cellars, without affecting the view from windows directly above.
Justin Seldis, Managing Director of Sunsquare, commented:
“Pyramid skylights continue to be a popular architectural statement. Our products in particular are very effective at making the interior of a property look brighter and lighter. With this in mind, we offer a flexible client design service. We always have a number of square and elongated Pyramid Skylights in stock, but we also work on a made-to-measure basis to meet individual requirements.”
Furthermore, Sunsquare is the only UK-based skylight manufacturer to be awarded the BSI Standard following rigorous testing of its products for air permeability, watertightness and wind resistance.
Justin Seldis, adds:
“The Pyramid Skylight range of roof windows takes the renowned thermal performance of Sunsquare SkyView model and combines it with a contemporary aesthetic.
“All our skylights are manufactured from our own extruded aluminium profile which is thermally broken with two polyamide insulating sections and then factory-glazed. In simple terms, this means that you’ll never have a problem with condensation where a Sunsquare skylight has been fitted into one of our upstands.”
