Saracen Interiors has completed a contract to fit out corporate finance house, Clearwater International’s offices on Chandos Place, in the City of London, based on designs submitted at the competitive tender stage. The work follows on from the successful handover of an earlier redesign project, completed by the leading workplace consultant for Clearwater in 2015.
Work started in March and included the reconfiguration of meeting rooms, including the creation of a centralised and circular meeting room built from curved glass partitions to reflect the company logo; the installation of new floors and ceilings; new furniture; the design and fit of an open plan kitchen and breakout area and the installation of a new air conditioning system.
Joint managing director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page explains why the company is delighted to have supported Clearwater once again: “We’re very happy to have been invited back – particularly as any form of repeat business is a clear endorsement of the team’s efforts and its overall professional approach, not to mention the quality of our designs.
“We’ve built a strong portfolio of projects in the finance sector and our ability to carry out fast-track projects, always delivering on time and with the minimum of fuss, is particularly appreciated in the City. It’s great to be able to now add Clearwater to our roster of regular clients and we look forward to working with the company again going forward.”
Partner at Clearwater, Chris Smith adds: “Saracen has demonstrated an efficient, ‘can-do’ approach to all work undertaken so far and we are delighted with the results. The designs supplied by Saracen were the most creative that we received from our tender process, significantly improving our client-facing area and allowing for a better use of space. As a result, we have ensured that we have room to grow further within our existing office and now we have an office that has a positive impact on both the team and visitors.”
Over the last decade, Saracen has built a strong reputation with London-based clients, working across a wide range of commercial projects from multi-million fit outs to facilities management contracts and the negotiation of office moves. The company has a proven track record in improving workplace efficiency and corporate standing with its tailor-made, cost-effective solutions.
