GREEN FINGERED SARACEN EXTENDS ITS FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICE OFFERING @SaracenInt

Saracen Interiors is extending its facilities management offering to include a complete selection of exterior and landscape services, to ensure all of its customers’ needs are seamlessly met.

The new services, which will sit under the banner of Saracen Facilities, will include hard and soft landscape design, planting design and installation, bicycle storage installation, turfing, tree planting, building and outside area cleaning, hedge installation and landscape maintenance. The company plans to offer these services to all clients across its burgeoning, luxury residential portfolio as well as to those names in its commercial property portfolio.

Director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page comments: “Our policy has always been to put ourselves in our customers shoes and to provide them with the services that they need, as well as the ones that they expect from us. We’re very much responding to our customers with these latest services as we have had requests for additional landscaping services for some time. In the last six months or so, these requests have escalated and become more varied and we are now acting to formalise these offerings so that potential clients can source them independently rather than them being perceived as add-ons to existing projects.

“We’ve worked hard to build the right contacts in this area as Saracen is a company that stands very much on the quality of its relationships and we will be working with trusted suppliers to ensure that any work undertaken, as part of these additional services, is completed to the high standard expected of our brand.”

Earlier this year, Saracen announced an increase of almost 30 per cent to its forward order book, with almost five million pounds worth of orders coming in within the last few weeks of 2016. The company is on track to demonstrate further growth with the expansion of its services and a consistently vigorous pipeline of activity across numerous sites around the UK.

Over the past decade, Saracen’s status has gradually changed from a South East fit out concern to a national full service enterprise. Its number of staff has grown along with its turnover and the company continues to invest in local apprentices, training initiatives and industry-specific innovations. Saracen has a proven track record in improving workplace efficiency, and corporate standing, and is renowned for its tailor-made, cost-effective solutions.

The company’s recent clients include Coca-Cola Enterprises, CH2M, Yum Restaurants, Tata Communications, WYG, TE Connectivity, Loma Systems, Gray’s Inn Chambers, Libra Group, Creature of London, Aspect Property Group, First Property Group, Audatex, Athena Partners, Motofix, Flight Safety, Countrywide PLC, Knight Frank, Mitie Engineering, Pizza Hut, Redrow Homes, Thames Water, Toshiba, TAG Aviation, Viatel, BAE Systems, Sue Ryder Care, North Surrey Primary Care Trust, Royal Berkshire and Battle Hospital NHS Trust.
