Live demonstrations and networking will provide opportunities to meet and exchange ideas with our continental counterparts. The exhibitors at Vision cover a range of products, materials and solutions, from intricate stone screens to virtual reality software. Major architectural practices from the UK and abroad will take part in a talks programme designed to push the architectural debate in unexpected and exciting directions.
Zaha Hadid Architects will unveil a new material inspired by the fashion industry for use in architecture, while Woods Bagot will demonstrate how they are rethinking interior spaces for a future dominated by the private-rented sector. From international shores, UNStudio will reveal the findings of a new piece of research that explores the impact of the circular economy on the built environment, and rising star Benjamin Garcia Saxe will reveal how sustainable architecture is being tackled in tropical climates such as Costa Rica.
This year, Vision are proud to announce key partnerships across professional and cultural sectors of the industry in the UK. In addition to the exhibition, Vision 2017 will present a series of talks and events in collaboration with the RIBA, BRE, the London Festival of Architecture and New London Architecture.
