Leading workplace consultant, Saracen Interiors has completed work for life insurance provider, Reassured at its new offices in Basingstoke.
The six-week programme of works included dilapidations and the installation of partitioning, flooring, LED lighting and new kitchen appliances, along with changes to the air conditioning. Saracen won the project in competition, following the submission of detailed designs.
Director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page comments: “We were awarded this contract on the basis of our meticulous space planning; the effort we put in to getting the designs exactly right and our flexibility and quick turnaround times. We worked closely with both Reassured and the building’s landlord to ensure that the project ran smoothly and delivered on all levels to hand over within budget and on time.”
