Festool is launching intelligent new products to make dust free working easier: two new Bluetooth batteries and a Bluetooth remote control, as well as a new smooth hose and mobile dust extractor.
With the new Bluetooth module, that can be retrofitted, dust can be extracted with cordless Festool tools without the need for a power cable. The premium manufacturer is extending its range of compatible batteries with the addition of two new 5.2 and 6.2 Ah Bluetooth-capable battery packs.
“The new Bluetooth module represents real progress in cordless and dust-free work,” confirms Jon Burcham, Marketing Manager at Festool. “It takes a lot of time to keep going back and forth to the extractor to switch it on manually. Now the extractor can be conveniently activated or switched off using the Bluetooth remote control and with the new Bluetooth battery packs it is even easier because there is no need for a power cable between the extractor and tool. Switching the cordless tool on or off causes the extractor to be automatically activated.”
The range of extractors has expanded with a newly developed, smooth suction hose, which ensures seamless dust extraction without the inconvenience of the hose catching. In addition the redesigned CT 26, 36 and 48 mobile dust extractors feature practical functions, such as the optimised SYS-Dock with T-LOC function for conveniently connecting SYSTAINERs on the mobile dust extractor and a new cord holder.
“Efficient and dust-free work has never been simpler,” concludes Jon.
