Polyteck Group, a leading construction and facilities management firm, has been awarded a £6m construction and development deal with property investment company Anaspel.
The 12-month contract, based in Swiss Cottage, has seen Polyteck already build 35 private homes, comprising of a mix of one-bedroom and studio apartments.
The 60m-high development, named ‘Centre Heights’, will also feature five luxury penthouses finished to a high specification in order to appeal to professionals and families. This phase two element of the project is currently underway.
In addition, the development will feature a roof garden, available for use solely for the penthouse residents.
Polyteck will work closely with Anderson Wilde and Harris, who manage the buildings on behalf of Anaspel, to ensure that all specifications are appropriate to the requirements of the space.
